An overview of the
JNl5-12/31.5 type series indoor high voltage earthing switch (hereinafter referred to as the grounding switch) is my company according to the market need to design and develop a new type of earthing switch, suitable for indoor 3 ~ 12 kv three-phase ac 50 Hz (60) power system and various models of high voltage switchgear, also as a grounding in high voltage electrical equipment repair.
The grounding switch has a simple and compact structure, light weight, flexible operation, convenient installation, and good dynamic thermal stability. It is an ideal replacement for the jn4-10 grounding switch.
Environmental conditions
1、Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40 degrees, lower limit -30 degrees;
2、Altitude: no more than 1000 meters;
3、Humidity condition: the average daily relative humidity is not more than 95%;
4、The average monthly relative humidity is not more than 90%;
5、Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;
6、Pollution level: Ⅱ level.
The main structure
The grounding switch has a bracket, a grounding knife assembly, a static contact, a sensor, a shaft, a turning arm, a pressure spring, a conductive sleeve, and a soft connection.
Note: the bracket shall be welded into parts by the bending of thin steel plates, and the rest shall be assembled parts.
The working principle of
When operating operating mechanism make the grounding switch switching, as a moment to make the main shaft to overcome resistance moment, drive the turn arm along the closing direction, and make the joystick on the grounding knife through compression spring dead point, pressure spring release energy, fast switch, grounding switch in the closing position.
The ground knife on the ground knife component is securely and reliably connected through the disc spring and the flange of the static contact.
Break-brake operations, the moment that the spindle and overcome the main torque spring force, driven in turn arm along the direction of break-brake, and make the grounding knife pressure spring through the dead center, end of the compression spring energy storage, arrange another time to switch.
Grounding switch and closing speed are independent of human operation speed.
